Hope Imaging & Diagnostics offers diagnostic and pathology services to Users, including but not limited to sample collection, laboratory tests, health check-ups, and generation of test reports (“Services”) through various modes/channels like website, collection centres, tele-calling, home collection, partners, and third-party websites/applications. Your transactions with Hope Imaging & Diagnostics through any of the aforesaid modes shall be governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Hope Imaging & Diagnostics shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical or communication issues.
You shall be responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and reporting to the centre on time for appointments and sample collection.
The liability of Hope Imaging & Diagnostics, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid by the patient/client towards the concerned test(s) or services.
